2 Full-time 5 days ago Full Job Description JOB The Marketing Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting with the coordination, development, planning and execution of results-oriented, integrated, strategic marketing and related communications for the college.
The successful individual must possess a keen understanding of project management best practices as well as an intermediate understanding of marketing and related communications tactics and strategies.

Coordinate marketing plans and facilitate communications projects across the various functions of the marketing department to facilitate execution of marketing strategies supporting the college's initiatives.
Act as liaison for the division(s) across the full range of creative services, offer guidance on the most effective solutions, track and resolve issues, prioritize, and escalate as appropriate.
Support an efficient workflow within the Marketing department, including meeting all deadlines and milestones, managing projects in flight, and updating project status as needed.
Work closely with Marketing & Events Manager to prioritize project requests and ensure all milestones and deliverables are consistently achieved and within budget.
Utilize technology as needed to best serve the department needs.
Coordinate collection and ensure accuracy of unique data sources for marketing using the college CRM.
Coordinate client asset review and feedback consolidation to enable the Marketing team to effectively deliver quality work on time and on budget.
Produce accurate and meaningful operational reports, including traffic, trend, and marketing campaign recaps, and analytics for the department.
Perform related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required to satisfactorily perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
Associate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field 1 - 3 years of experience in a Communications and/or Marketing or related roleAdvanced Microsoft Office SkillsStrong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload demands.
Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative and professional working relationships with internal clients.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field Project management certificationBasic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or WordPress Experience with programs and services targeting underserved populations.
Experience with higher education admissions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
