What you'll do with Our Training and Your Experience Receives, unloads and stores incoming materials including tools, parts and equipment.
This includes matching contents to packing list and assigning to job shelf.
Visually inspects cartons and packages and contents for damage from handling and transit.
Places orders for installation and service projects.
Handles and processes returns including all Return Materials Authorizations (RMAs); this includes returning and shipping RMA's as needed.
Creates and enters all relevant Purchase Orders (PO's) into Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) system (Spectrum) and updates product cost in material management workbook.
Performs monthly cycle counts, annual inventory counts and reconciliation.
Works with other departments such as Purchasing and Operations to resolve receiving challenges.
Stays abreast of PO status and resolves issues.
Verifies the accuracy of all incoming orders including counts and quantities; stages orders for pick up.
Responsible for inventory control.
Keeps warehouse area clean and organized; sweeps, breaks down boxes, restocks paper products, empties garbage, etc.
Coordinates building maintenance with building management, vendors, sub-contractors and in-house colleagues.
May assist with meeting setups including moving tables and equipment.
Assist with project delivery and administration of multiple installation projects throughout their life cycle.
Administer project setup in financial system, project management application.
Act as central information source by maintaining, communicating, and distributing project details in conjunction with company and client requirements.
Coordinate with other business areas such as Sales, Service, and Safety relating to project activities.
Work with Warehouse, Project Managers, Field Supervisors and Engineering for active tracking of material orders, delivery dates, and reconciliation of project material in warehouse.
Prepare project invoices and work with the Project Managers and Accounts Receivable team with analysis and tracking of client invoices.
Assist with project closeout documentation and project turnover to Service team for warranty and post-installation support.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
