Our goal at LS Building Products is to be the premier distributor of building materials in our markets, and to provide superior customer service and professional support to those we serve.
Our inside sales team is an integral part of identifying and bringing on new customers and providing superior service to our existing customers.
JOB DUTIES:
Greet and assist customers at the counter Answer incoming phone calls, route to appropriate personnel, or assist customers as needed Enter material orders given by customers and salesmen Prepare credit memos for returned material Listen to and resolve customer service challenges and opportunities Schedule deliveries Assist Purchasing Manager with purchasing when needed REQUIRED SKILLS:
Communication skills - verbal and written Able to work as part of a team Reliable Computer skills - in-house system Ability to multi-task Sales
