Management positions within our stores are available in the following areas:
Administrative
Help ensure overall operational integrity of the store, with oversight of vital functional areas such as the Cash Office, Return Desk, Receiving and RTM. Mentor and guide employees, ensuring all are well-trained and capable of performing assigned duties. Provide exceptional and responsive service, greeting and acknowledging all customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Sales
Provide exceptional customer service, while achieving sales and margin goals, through effective management of all Sales Specialists. Maximize productivity and profitability by balancing sales and expenses, identifying sales opportunities, and setting standards for excellent service. Demonstrate knowledge of company's mission, purpose and goals - and the ability to help employees successfully achieve them.
Operations
Leverage knowledge of company's mission, purpose and goals, as well as completed training, into effective management of store employees and support of store manager. Assume responsibility for all store functions, activities and employees. Ensure that rigorous standards for customer service, merchandising, operational safety and security are met. Achieve stated sales margin goals, while managing expenses within predetermined budget criteria.
Human Resources
Anticipate and effectively address talent needs through proactive recruitment, staffing and training activities. Motivate and retain existing talent through effective management of human resources issues in the store environment. Consistently communicate and apply Lowe's standards, policies, management practices and legal requirements amongst various employee populations. Support Lowe's commitment to exceptional, responsive service in all interactions with employees and customers.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
