Marketing Specialist

Job Description
Volt is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist.
Candidate Responsibilities
The Marketing Communications Consultant is responsible for implementing the 2018 Marketing Communications Strategy and plan for the North American region of Global Construction & Infrastructure. This incorporates all aspects of the multi-channel arena including traditional, digital and Public Relations. Demand Generation, Lead Generation and Lead management are pivotal areas of success in order to meet established Business Plans. Also keen is the ability to analyze associated Marketing Analytics and make optimum recommendations for ongoing campaigns.
Extensive experience in Online lead generation and campaign execution; Marketing Analytics and predictive marketing; Development of Go to Market Plans; Marketing ROI measures and goal development; Understanding of the Construction market in North America; Experience with selling through a distribution network in a B2B environment; Experience working with and/or managing an outside Marketing Agency; Ability to manage budgets and hold accountability for investments; Public Relations and Construction media experience.
Typical Day
This individual will support the Regional Marketing Consultant. This includes regeneration, marketing management for traditional and digital campaigns, PR (social media).
Education Requirement
Ideal candidate would be familiar with Eloqua and have Marketing Automation experience. Years of Experience: 5+ years progressive marketing experience; Proficient (intermediate to advanced) with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Business
Technical Skills
Knowledge Eloqua or similar Marketing Automation experience, understanding of social media channels and how they work, understanding of advertising (advertising agency is a plus).
Soft Skills
Comfortable with presenting in front of various groups. Developing presentations and leading presentations. Comfortable with creating communications (verbal and written). Networking and building relationships.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
